14-day refund
If you change your mind within 14 days of claiming your plot, and your profile hasn't been published yet, we'll refund your payment in full and release the plot. Email [CONTACT EMAIL] with your business name and plot number.
After your profile is published, or after 14 days
Once your listing is live, or after 14 days, payments aren't refundable. You can cancel at any time and your plot stays until the end of the year you've paid for.
Renewals
We email you 30 days and 7 days before each yearly renewal so you can cancel in time if you wish. If you forget to cancel and contact us within 7 days of a renewal, [WE WILL CONSIDER A REFUND: DECIDE POLICY].
If we remove a listing
If we remove your listing for a reason that isn't your fault, we'll refund the unused part of your year.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
